We only ask for data that is essential to the smooth running of the event and once the event has finished we then delete all of your data other than any basic information you have permitted us to keep to report the results of the event.

X-Factor and Kendal Calling stars adding a bit of celebrity sparkle to Kick Off 4

A major fun family event kicks off this month combining music and exercise to highlight mental health.

X-Factor and Kendal Calling stars will add a bit of celebrity sparkle to the charity fun run performing around Barrow Park as the 10k, 5k and 2k happen.

The event for all ages and abilities will take place on March 24 and registration to take part is now open.

This is another of the amazing events organised by Dan Webber for the 2019 Kick Out for Mental Health with so much more to come this year to support local charity MInd in Furness.

Collaboration with local artist Paul Byrne

As well as events for all the family Dan is also working in collaboration with respected local artist Paul Byrne to compose and mental health song.

He said: “ I’m really excited to be working on, not singing, on this original track.

“Paul shares my passion for raising awareness and also believes that more men should be speaking out about their mental health and what better way to grab their attention!

“Going to be an even more exciting year than expected!

10 acts including Gregor Hunter Coleman from x-Factor

“With all Kick Off 4 Events, we try and add a bit TV Stardom in there, that's why our Main Stage act will be Gregor Hunter Coleman from the X-Factor as well as over 10 other acts on the run route and the stage.

"We are bringing something new to the area, this time to target music and running enthusiasts.

“In February we focussed on bakers and cake lovers.

“This year we are striving to target as many people as possible to get them talking about Mental Health"

“It's really important to highlight the importance of physical and mental health. Plus an added mix of music and our 2km, 5km and 10km runs means that there is something accessible for all abilities.

“This is the first event of its kind event to be held in Barrow so come and join us and make a difference.”
